Interface Cards
Enixs interface cards share the common
architecture for I/O interface. The interface cards use 40 Pin GPIO connector
for connecting with main boards. The GPIO connector is following Altera
(Intel-FPGA) common standard interface, which have 36 I/O lines with two power
lines and two ground lines. Enixs have various interface cards ranging from
Different I/O types, Analog, Digital, RTC, Motor Controller, I2C, Traffic
control, Elevator Controller and Semaphore usage trainer boards.
ADC0809 INTERFACE CARD

The ADC 0809 interface board is designed to explain the
analog to digital conversion using ADC 0809 chip .This interface card is
compatible to interface with Embedded, FPGA development boards and sensors to
be used in real time projects also. Stand alone working mode is the special
feature of this card. The ADC 0809 interface card is a perfect platform for
learning about the basic concepts of ADC operation.
DAC0800 INTERFACE CARD
The DAC interface card is designed to demonstrate the digital
to analog conversion using DAC 0800 chip. The board is having 20x4 LCD, 7
Segment Displays, LED’s & Slide switches. This interface card has been used
to implementing real time digital to analog conversion applications. It is
compatible to interface with Embedded and FPGA development boards through

The Digital I/O card-IV has designed to interface with
Embedded & FPGA development boards to practice the basic concepts of I/O
operation using LED, LCD, 7 Segment Display, 4X4 keypad matrix, Relay, Buzzer
and slide switch interfaces. These I/O modules offer good reliability, low-cost
solution for distributed I/O applications. It has been designed with standard
40 pin GPIO connector to interface with different target boards.
MOTOR
INTERFACE CARD
The Motor Interface Card has designed to study the concept of
interfacing motors such as Stepper motor, DC motor and Servo motors. The board
has mode selection slide switches, push button switches, segment and LCD
displays. All the driving lines are isolated using opto-isolators. This
interface card is compatible to interface with Embedded, FPGA development
boards through standard 40 pin GPIO connector.
SENSOR INTERFACE CARD
The Sensor Interface Card has designed to study the
operations of sensors such as photo diode, LDR, Thermistor, LM35 and IR
sensors. All the sensors can be interfaced simultaneously through the
multi-channel ADC 0809. The outputs can be viewed using LED, 20x4 LCD and Seven
segment displays. This interface card is compatible to interface with Embedded,
FPGA development boards through standard 40 pin GPIO connectors.
WIRELESS
INTERFACE CARD
The wireless interface card is the low power wireless sensor
networks. The Xbee modems are one of the easiest ways to create a wireless
point to point or mesh network. It has on board 3.3V low drop voltage regulator
and LED indicators for reception, transmission status and activity of RSSI and power
indication. It is compatible to work as the modem for Embedded and FPGA
development boards. It is the basic wireless sensor module for implementing the
wireless control projects.

The I2C interface card - I has designed to interface a DS1307
Real-time Clock device and AT24C256 EEPROM using I2C protocol. The board is
having 16x2 LCD to display seconds, minutes, hours, day, month and year and it
also have 7 segment display to display the time. By using the push button
switches one can easily edit and set the time, date and alarm. It has been
designed with standard 40 pin GPIO connector to interface with different target
boards.
ELEVATOR
INTERFACE CARD
The Elevator interface card is designed to demonstrate the
elevator (Lift) operation of eight floors. It has the Input Output devices,
which illustrates the floor selection and the selected floors can be
represented by Segment display and Buzzer in the trouble-free way .It is one of
